At Perry Ellis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
